With years of experience managing large-scale builds and custom installations, Brad leads the company with a focus on craftsmanship, client relationships, and long-term value. Ernesto Zepeda

Ernesto Zepeda is a founding partner of Next Era Energy, bringing deep hands-on experience in electrical systems, solar installation, and system troubleshooting. With a no-nonsense approach and an eye for detail, Ernesto has personally overseen hundreds of solar and battery projects across California.
His background fixing failed installs and correcting poor workmanship helped shape the company’s core philosophy: put the customer first, do it right the first time, and stand behind every job. Ernesto leads our field teams with a focus on quality, integrity, and long-term results.
