Entry-Level & Experienced Welcome
Join our field crew and help build clean energy systems that last. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow within a team that has your back.
What You’ll Do:

Assist with rooftop and ground-mount installations

Use power tools and follow site safety procedures

Work directly under licensed installers and foremen
-
Help deliver clean, code-compliant installs every time
Requirements:

Willingness to work outdoors and on rooftops
-
Construction or electrical experience is a plus
-
Punctual, reliable, and able to follow direction
-
Must have reliable transportation

Solar Sales Consultant
In-House | Base + Commission
We’re looking for a motivated, honest sales professional to help homeowners understand the benefits of going solar — without the pressure or gimmicks.
What You’ll Do:

Meet with qualified leads

Create solar proposals tailored to each property

Educate clients on savings, incentives, and system design

Guide customers through the process with integrity
Requirements:

Strong communication skills

A passion for helping people

Previous sales experience (solar or construction is a plus)

Self-motivated with a team mindset
